Power 96's DJ Laz scratches $169,000 (14 August 2008)
Power 96's morning show host DJ Laz has raised an amazing $169,000 in his 36 hour ‘scratching’ marathon to help sick kids in hospital in Miami.
All the money raised will be going to Radio Lollipop at Miami Children’s Hospital. Last year, Laz raised over $50,000 for Radio Lollipop, and this year he aimed to double it – in fact he managed to more than tripled last years sum.
