Southampton\u0092s waterfront was ablaze with colour at the weekend with it\u0092s annual fireworks display organized by the Southampton Round Table. The display, the biggest of it\u0092s kind in the city centre, attracts thousands each year and this year seemed busier than ever. Radio Lollipop was among a number of charities there to lend a hand to the hard working team at the round table and the Southampton station had sent it\u0092s very best maths brains (!!) down to the event to help take ticket money on the gate. The early rain showers were not enough to dampen the spirits of the crowds who lined the shore in eager anticipation and the magnificent display was well worth the wait.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
