LEARNING maths, art and english was offered to students in a new format recently at City Beach Primary School in Perth.<\/p>\n
Radio Lolipop (WA) Play Coordinator Melissa Mikulich and fellow student teacher Ailsa Carruthers thought an old-fashioned cake stall sounded like a good way to raise money for Lollipop while learning and having fun all at once!<\/p>\n
The Year 5 students were challenged to cooking, budgeting and sales tasks, in addition to some basic advertising and marketing, which all made for a comprehensive learning experience. <\/p>\n
