On Tuesday night, star of The Beano comic, Dennis The Menace, made a special visit to the ward. Accompanied by the volunteers of Radio Lollipop (Dundee), Dennis visited all the kids sharing some Christmas cheer by giving every child a present. <\/p>\n
Dennis quickly made friends with the kids (and staff) on the ward and many posed to have their photo taken with him. <\/p>\n
Murray (6), pictured with the volunteers and staff in HDU, a big fan of Dennis, loved his visit and didn\u0092t want him to leave. But, too soon, after saying goodbye to all his new friends, Dennis had to go to bed.<\/p>\n
Many thanks to DC Thompson (publishers of The Beano) who helped us arrange the visit from Dennis The Menace and kindly donated presents for the children on the ward.
