Last Friday night the Virgin Blue Bullets Basketball Team held a fundraiser for Radio Lollipop at the basketball game against the West Sydney Razorbacks at the Brisbane Entertainment and Convention Centre. <\/p>\n
Our Radio Lollipop volunteers sold Lollipops to the patrons on their way into the game and at half time all spectators were given an opportunity to have a shot at goal down on the court at the cost of a gold coin donation to Radio Lollipop. Over $800 was raised on the night. <\/p>\n
Sam (still on crutches), the winner of the October Radio Lollipop monthly prize competition of a family pass to a Brisbane Bullets game was in the audience with his dad and a couple of friends to help cheer the Virgin Blue Bullets to a win over the Razorbacks 120 to 102. <\/p>\n
Radio Lollipop would sincerely like to thank Eddy, Jeff, Narelle, Emma and the entire Virgin Blue Brisbane Bullets for their continued support of Radio Lollipop. <\/p>\n
