‘Scot The Bear’ made his first trip recently. All the way from Radio Lollipop in Glasgow over firstly to Dallas, Texas with Glasgow volunteers Charlene Petersen and ‘Smiley’ Stewart Priest, and then south to Houston where he was named by 13-year-old Chase (pictured with Scot). He is soon to make other trips abroad with Glasgow volunteers, clocking up the miles as he goes.<\/p>\n
It’s all in aid of a competition being run at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow where the kids have to guess how many miles Scot will do between now and Christmas.<\/p>\n
