Gold Coast United made a special Christmas visit to Radio Lollipop Gold Coast on Monday 12th December. Jerrad Tyson, Zac Anderson, Daniel Bragg and Daniel Severino brought smiles, laughter and even some magic to the Paediatric Ward at Gold Coast Hospital.
Many excited children awaited the arrival of the boys who were set with special Christmas treats of posters and small soccer balls for them all. The two Daniels got straight into our nightly craft with the kids showing their fantastic artistic skills painting some little soccer men. Jerrad played some competitive table tennis with some of the kids then had an 18 month up teaching her how to play too.
Bella enjoyed the visit and thought Zac looked like her favourite singer Justin Bieber. The night sadly had to come to end but boys wheeled Bella back to her room on the ward and said a nice goodbye to the children they met on their visit and signed some special posters for them. We really appreciate the guys from GC United taking the time to come and visit the kids up at Gold Coast Hospital. Hope you all have a very merry Christmas and well see you in the new year.
