Automated warehouses supports radio lollipop queensland
20 February 2011

James Thomson, Managing Director of Automated Warehouses in Brisbane has come to the rescue of Radio Lollipop Queensland by donating heavy duty warehouse shelving for use in the new Radio Lollipop storage facility.

In the past Radio Lollipop Queensland has stored excess equipment and stock at various Radio Lollipop volunteer homes throughout the local area. In October 2010, the Department of Public Works generously provided Radio Lollipop with an unused storage facility to store all its equipment.

Automated Warehouses were approached to help out with shelving. James very generously donated his time and the heavy duty storage shelving to allow Radio Lollipop Queensland to properly and safely store all its equipment and allow easy access to retrieve the equipment and stock.

On behalf of all the Radio Lollipop Queensland volunteers who can now use their garages and spare rooms again, thank you to James and his team for their extreme generosity.

If you are looking for automated warehousing or pallet racking solutions please contact James at james@automatedwarehouses.com.au or check out the website at www.automatedwarefhouses.com.au or call 0405 327 374.

Check out the photo of just a small section of the storage. Thanks also to volunteers Michael, Glenn and David for helping in the installation of the shelving.
