Glasgow helps set a new record
22 September 2004

The Radio Lollipop team in Glasgow was once again part of a record-breaking day.

While raising more money for their ‘Magic Million’ appeal, Yorkhill Childrens’ Foundation decided to set a new record – the World’s Biggest Relay. Approximately 650 people, including Olympic Gold Medallist Sir Steve Redgrave and Radio Lollipop’s Rik Devlin (pictured) all ran 100m as part of the relay.

Although it was a very wet and miserable day, it was also a lot of fun!
