The volunteers running the Great North Run for Radio Lollipop Newcastle  ……..DID IT all 13.1 miles of it.  They were met at the end by our smiling “Lollipop” in the form of Lydia Nicholson-Allen and other volunteers.

The photos we have so far show Brent and Jack, Mark then Billy – in no particular order – don’t they look remarkably fresh after running all that way.  Aidan Thompson reports that he has done his fastest ever time on his third attempt  1 hour 35 minutes – well done Aidan 🙂    More photos and details to follow.

A huge well done to everyone and an update will follow with timings and money raised.
