Radio Lollipop was pleased to host the concert of young singers McKenzie Comer and Cody Simpson at Radio Lollipop on the Gold Coast Hospital.

McKenzie is a regular special guest visitor to Radio Lollipop and this week Cody joined her. McKenzie and Cody both have the same singing coach Venetta Fields, who no doubt is one of the best singing coach on the Gold Coast, if not the world.

We have been so privileged to be afforded a special treat with both singing stars coming in to put on a special concert for the children in the Radio Lollipop studio.

McKenzie sang three of our favourite songs followed by Cody, who also sang three songs, one an original composition and also his current song “ONE” tipped to be a big hit when he travels to the United States of America at the end of December. McKenzie and Cody ended the show with a Duet to rapturous applause.

All the children queued up for autograph signings and photos before McKenzie and Cody were interviewed on the radio with some tricky questions. Cody joined McKenzie in getting their hands painted for our hand wall of fame and the children enjoyed getting them both messy.

We wish both McKenzie and Cody all the best for the future and look forward to following both their careers with keen interest and our support. Come back soon guys .
