Once again on the 5th December, the unbelievably, multi talented Kano, from the Balloon Kings, rocks up to Radio Lollipop at the Gold Coast Hospital.
Kano is sooooooo good and a fantastic regular special guest. After going round the wards to see the children that were bed bound, Kano came back to the studio to hang out with the children there too.
Requests from the boys to make guns out of balloons made Kano devise a proto-type Submachine gun, he threw in a few swords and a T Rex for good measure. The girls where quite content with beautiful dragonflies, flowers and poodles. Aliens where on the cards too and if that wasnt enough, Kano performed some magic tricks as well, that enthralled everyone.
The Balloon Kings have been a major supporter of Radio Lollipop here on the Gold Coast Hospital with countless visits and offers of help for our special events. They have dressed our studio on special occasions and we really appreciate all their enthusiastic and generous help. We hope to see Kano and the team again soon, especially in the New Year for our 2010 Special Guest Program.
