The Manic Monday team received a visit this week from Mymo the Monkey from MyGym at Wynnum in Queensland who was on an adventure to find some Bananas.

He danced his way around the wards and one child had to hold on very tight to the banana she was eating for dinner as Mymo really wanted it.

We got a lot of surprised looks from parents, children and nurses when they saw a big Monkey wondering around the wards – but quickly followed by lots of hugs and hi-fives when they saw that Mymo was a friendly monkey. Some children also put on some great smiles to have their photo taken with MYMO as a keepsake of this special visit.

Our thanks go to Mary, Tanya and Nikki from MyGym at Wynnum for making this special visit to the Manic Monday team and Radio Lollipop at the Mater Children’s Hospital.
