Andrew Kendall Honorary Chairperson Radio Lollipop Great Ormond Street (GOSH) recently took time out from his Australian holiday to fly from Sydney to Brisbane to visit Radio Lollipop at the Mater Children’s Hospital in Brisbane and see the team in action.

It was a great opportunity for Radio Lollipop to be able to share ideas across countries. National Support Team Volunteer Sandra Ursino said Andrew was able to share his experience and particularly explain the benefits of the new play trolleys used in GOSH which are being considered for use in Brisbane. Andrew was also able to pick up some ideas from the Brisbane team and hopefully implement this into GOSH.

The Manic Monday team were delighted to host Andrew during his visit and took the opportunity to take him up on to the wards during their ward rounds.
