Yorkhill xmas lights
6 December 2007

December got a little bit brighter at Yorkhill hospital with the annual switch-on of the Christmas tree lights.

Despite the cold weather many of the patients were allowed out of their wards to come and see the Macdonald Brothers do the honours.

After the all-important switch-on Craig and Brian stayed to have pictures taken and give autographs to patients, hospital staff and members of the public.

Once again, Radio Lollipop was there to supply the music and a buffet was supplied by the hospital.

A good night was had by all, the tree will continue to warm up the front entrance of the hospital throughout the festive period.
