Last Friday night the Virgin Blue Bullets Basketball Team held a fundraiser for Radio Lollipop at the basketball game against the West Sydney Razorbacks at the Brisbane Entertainment and Convention Centre.

Our Radio Lollipop volunteers sold Lollipops to the patrons on their way into the game and at half time all spectators were given an opportunity to have a shot at goal down on the court at the cost of a gold coin donation to Radio Lollipop. Over $800 was raised on the night.

Sam (still on crutches), the winner of the October Radio Lollipop monthly prize competition of a family pass to a Brisbane Bullets game was in the audience with his dad and a couple of friends to help cheer the Virgin Blue Bullets to a win over the Razorbacks 120 to 102.

Radio Lollipop would sincerely like to thank Eddy, Jeff, Narelle, Emma and the entire Virgin Blue Brisbane Bullets for their continued support of Radio Lollipop.
