JIM DAVIDSON and LUCY BENJAMIN took time out from starring in this season’s Pantomime, Aladdin at the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton to visit Radio Lollipop, Piam Brown Ward and the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Jim and Lucy chatted with the children, young adults, parents, visitors and staff alike with Jim pinching the odd chip during the lunchtime visit and cracking a few jokes!

Charlie (pictured), a patient in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit is a huge fan of Jim’s and was delighted to meet not just Jim, but Lucy as well.

A BIG THANK YOU to PAULINE FLOWER, a Tuesday night volunteer and life long Jim Davidson fan who arranged the visit.

Thanks to the Radio Lollipop volunteers that were available to help and to the Staff and Management of Piam Brown and PICU wards, plus the Security Staff at Southampton General who ensured that the visit ran smoothly.
