Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport
16 March 2013

The Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport were instrumental in providing financial support to open Radio Lollipop on the Gold Coast in 2006.

Radio Lollipop International Chairman Bruce Uhlhorn and Radio Lollipop Australia Director Sandra Ursino were recently invited to be guest speakers at recent Rotary Club meeting.  Bruce was able to share the future of Radio Lollipop with the club members and Sandra was able to speak about the difference Radio Lollipop is making to the children of the Gold Coast. Radio Lollipop Gold Coast continues to grow from strength to strength as a result of the generosity of the Gold Coast community.

President of the Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport Mike O’Regan and Rotarian John Monk presented Sandra and Bruce with a cheque for $2,000 to go towards the cost of the move from the current Radio Lollipop studio at the Gold Coast Southport Campus to the new Gold Coast University Hospital later this year.

Bruce and Sandra would like to thank Mike and John and all the members of the Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport for their ongoing support of Radio Lollipop.
