Radio Lollipop Edinburgh held their inaugural Black Tie Ball at The Sheraton Hotel on Friday 12th October 2007. The event was sponsored by the architectural practice, jmarchitects, www.jmarchitects.net, and raised over £5,000.

145 guests attended the event which was compered by Forth One DJ Iain Waugh. Guests were treated to a champagne reception and 3 course meal followed by the auction and raffle, they also took part in a classic Radio Lollipop Bits ‘n’ Pieces game. Music provided by the Portobello Ceilidh Band had everyone hitting the dance floor and the guests continued the party with a disco provided by Chaplins.

The evening’s main sponsor, jmarchitects, were delighted at being given the opportunity to sponsor the ball and to have been associated with Radio Lollipop whom they believe provide such valuable support to the young patients at the Sick Kids Hospital and to their families.
