Under 20’s bronco’s visit mater children’s hospital

The Whacky Wednesday Team played host to a few players from the Under 20’s Broncos team. Broncos are the Brisbane based Rugby League team and this team plays each week in the Toyota Cup which is just before the A Grade team.

The Boys visited many children on the wards and were able to leave signed posters, magazine or stickers with the children as a special gift of this visit. We had some very big broncos fans – both children and parents that can’t wait to show off their picture to friends and families of their special visitor.

A huge thank-you to the players Ben, Andrew, Joel, Will, Gerard, Josh, Jarahl, Dunamis, their manager Scot and Katherine for organising this visit with the children.

Radio Lollipop wishes the team all the very best for the rest of the 2008 season and we look forward to seeing them again soon.
