The next Open Evening event at Radio Lollipop Manchester is scheduled for Wednesday, 6th March 2013 at 6pm. During the evening, we will explain what Radio Lollipop is all about and how you can help us at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital (RMCH).

Double Australia Medal pride

The Australia Day 2013 Honors list has included a Radio Lollipop Volunteer from Perth, WA

David Briegel has been awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for his extensive work in the community. David’s award is for his service to many charities, the Paraplegic-Quadriplegic Association of WA, his volunteering with the History Department at the West Australian Museum , being a camp leader at Camp Onwards and his work with Radio Lollipop.

Radio Lollipop and the children we support congratulate David on a wonderful achievement and deserved recognition.

Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport supports Radio Lollipop Gold Coast

This week, Rotarian John Monk from the Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport attended the Radio Lollipop Gold Coast 2013 Business Planning Session to present a cheque to Radio Lollipop Gold Coast for $500.00.

The Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport were instrumental in donating $10,000 to Radio Lollipop Gold Coast back in 2005 to help set up our service at the Gold Coast Hospital.

At the presentation, John Monk said that it was wonderful to see so many young and energetic volunteers donating their time to Radio Lollipop.

The Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport is delighted to see Radio Lollipop Gold Coast is still providing a wonderful service to the children of the Gold Coast and we look forward to continuing to support Radio Lollipop Gold Coast in the future.
